Exchange Policy

• The product will be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt, and it will not be exchanged after more than 7 days
• The product you want to exchange must be in its original condition and inside its original packaging
• Gifts and samples that are sent to you with the products are not exchangeable
• The customer is responsible for the costs of shipping and exchanging the product, unless the reason of exchanging is caused by a mistake made by the store operators
